The guarantee applies to every new car purchased from the Ansher Company. This means that any part that gets out of order because of a defect of material or manufacture will be replaced or repaired for free (with the exception of tires and elements with limited producer repair and replacement liability) during the guarantee period by any Technical Center of the Ansher Company.

 

The guarantee applies as long as:

 

• The vehicle is used under normal operating conditions;

• Technical maintenance of the vehicle is carried out timely - i.e. with regularity indicated in the Service Portfolio;

• The vehicle design is not modified in any way not envisaged by the producer;

• Detected in the vehicle is a defect of material or manufacture;

• The vehicle is not used for racing or rallying.

 

The guarantee obligations do not apply in case of:

 

• Installation of parts that are not allowed for use;

• A planned adjustment and replacement of expendable materials (such as oils, filters, spark plugs, operating fluids) and wear-and-tear elements (such as brake and clutch friction materials, wiper blades);

• Detection of a tire defect, since the corresponding guarantee is provided by tire producers;

• Defects and failures caused by the use of unclean or unsuitable fuel / operating fluids.

 

Upon termination of the guarantee period for your vehicle you can still benefit from the guarantee extension service. Our Service Centers also accept vehicles with expired guarantee periods for their subsequent maintenance and repair at a special discounted price.
